Warranty Policy

All Midimist Jewels pieces are covered against manufacturing defects under our 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase.

A lifetime color/plating warranty is exclusively applicable to stainless steel pieces only. Materials including brass, sterling silver (925 silver), and other specialty metals are not covered under the lifetime plating warranty.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Color/plating defects

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Excessive wear

• Improper handling

• Lack of care

• Accidental damage

• Misuse or abuse

• Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments

If a defect arises during the warranty period and is determined by Midimist Jewels to be a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

• Replace the product with a new or equivalent product

• Refund all or part of the original purchase price

Midimist Jewels reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. Warranty service will only be processed once the defective product has been returned to us.

Replacement products do not extend or renew the original warranty period. Products refunded become the property of Midimist Jewels.

Exclusions & Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Midimist Jewels.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Accidents

• Abuse

• Improper storage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Use of non-Midimist products

To maintain the longevity and finish of your jewelry, avoid exposure to:

• Perfumes and chemicals

• Liquid jewelry cleaners

• Pools and hot tubs

• Salt water

• Sweat accumulation for extended periods

• Harsh cleaning agents

We also recommend avoiding sleeping, showering, or exercising while wearing your jewelry.

Failure to follow proper care instructions may void this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Midimist Jewels and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied.Midimist Jewels shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. No reseller, retailer, employee, or representative of Midimist Jewels is authorised to modify or extend this warranty policy.
